It's Not Personal, But Our Reaction Is!

Other's actions are not personal, even when they direct them to us, very personally. When we get triggered, it is about something inside of us that bears internal investigation and doing our spiritual work to uncover our hidden places, our unawareness about ourselves.

Other Folks and our Life Circumstances are mirrors for us about what is going on inside of us.

Dang!  It surely is much easier to blame someone or something ELSE!  

It is a grand journey, though, to decode and uncover my defenses!  I never dreamed how complicated I truly am!
